Give clients visibility without giving up control

The CoreCounsel Client Portal gives your clients secure, on-demand access to their matter — reducing inbound calls, eliminating email document exchange, and improving the client experience without adding work for your team.

Currently in development

The Client Portal module is actively being built and will be available in an upcoming CoreCounsel release. Register your firm now and you will have access when it launches. Contact us if you would like to register your interest or discuss your specific requirements.

What the Client Portal will include

Designed to reduce client enquiry volume while improving the experience you deliver.

Real-time matter visibility

Clients can log in and see the current status of their matter — what stage it is at, what has been completed, and what is coming next — without needing to call or email for an update.

Secure document exchange

Clients upload documents directly into their matter through the portal. Files arrive already linked to the right matter, eliminating email attachments and manual filing.

Controlled access

You decide what each client can see and do within their portal. Matter information is scoped to the client's own files — nothing from other matters is ever accessible.

Matter update notifications

Clients receive notifications when their matter progresses, when a document requires action, or when your team leaves a message — reducing inbound enquiry volume for your staff.

Structured client messaging

Communicate with clients through the portal rather than email. Messages are automatically linked to the matter record, keeping your file complete and communication traceable.

Multi-party matter access

Grant access to multiple contacts on a single matter — useful for matters involving multiple family members, business partners, or authorised representatives.
