Ownership and autonomy
We are a small team. Everyone owns meaningful work and has a real say in how the product evolves. There is no layer of management between you and the decisions that matter.
Quality over speed
We build things properly. We would rather ship something excellent slowly than ship something mediocre fast. This applies to code, design, writing, and everything else.
Transparency
We share context openly. You will understand why we are building what we are building, what the business looks like, and where we are headed.
